Original and inviting on the outside and beautifully remodeled on the inside, the lodge is perfect for a weeking get-away home, second home, or full-time residence. When it's cold outside you'll stay toasty warm with the radiant heating system. Hot weather is no problem either with a split air conditioning system on the second floor. Outside you'll find huge parking areas on both sides of the home (plenty of room for your RV and outdoor toys), a large private backyard and garden area. An automatic sprinkling system means no hoses and manual watering. Two outbuildings provide ample storage for your outdoor items and if that's not enough there's prenty of room to build an RV garage.

Don't let the small facade fool you. The home is over 3700 square feet and features a large open concept Great Room with family, kitchen, and dining areas, six bedrooms, two full baths, and a full basement. There's even storage rooms under the garage floor and a root cellar!

The asphalt roof was installed in 2018.

The Great Room is the cornerstone of the lodge.  The combined family room and kitchen/dining areas provide a wonderful living space for your entire family.

Log theme walls and tongue & groove ceilings provide a warm, calm atmosphere.

Our modern yet rustic custom hickory kitchen is fully equiped with a self-cleaning oven, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, and microwave oven.

The dining area and kitchen compliments the Great Room with a large bar and table area for seating your family and guests.

The main floor bathroom features original 1950's tile and cabintry that are still in excellent condition.

In June 2019 we repainted the walls and ceiling.

The first bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the main floor bathroom.

The second bedroom on the main floor was used as a media room but has a closet so it can be used as a bedroom. A large 6-ft French door provides access to the backyard.

We installed a new laminate floor in 2019.

The large bonus room above the garage can be used either as a master bedroom, office, or family room.

In June 2019 we installed new shiplap siding, paint, carpet, lighting, and closet upgrades.

NOTE: This is the only room that utilizes electric heat. All other areas of the home are heated by a natural gas fired boiler.

The southeast bedroom on the second floor is large enough for two queen beds or use it as an office or studio. It features a walk-in closet and built-in storage.

The floor was retiled in 2017 after water damage to the subfloor was repaired.

The large, fully fenced, private backyard features two outbuildings  and a large patio. The automatic sprinkling system makes it easy to keep the lawns looking great.

In June 2019 we replaced roof on wood outbuilding.
